Little Lift is software for adding, tracking, reporting, and auditing customer donation lines. It is not a payment splitter, donation custodian, disbursement service, tax-receipting service, or nonprofit directory.

• The merchant receives Shopify payouts and remains responsible for approved monthly remittance.
• Donation totals are not reduced by Shopify processing fees unless Meyer & Friends changes the accounting policy after review.
• Custom-cause and paid-plan terms are deferred until the Meyer & Friends loop is proven.

Terms are a draft blocker until reviewed for external pilots.
