Merchant Agreement

Free mode locks the beneficiary to Meyer & Friends. Participating merchants must accept remittance terms before activating donation prompts.

Customer donations are collected by the merchant through the merchant's Shopify order.
The merchant remits monthly net donation totals to Meyer & Friends.
Little Lift can disable free-plan prompts for materially overdue or misrepresenting merchants.

Final merchant agreement language must be reviewed before external merchants collect donations.
